Our event planning starts with taking the time to understand which services you require, what location and how many guests will attend. We help you design your party with a colour scheme to match your style. We will work together to plan your perfect sleep over or picnic experience to remember.
When planning
~ LOCATION IS IMPORTANT ~
This determines costs and if we cover your area. When making enquiries please advise where you are planning to have the event whether it be at a residential address or a park. The location can determine set up times and if we can cover you event in a timely manner.
~ Plan B ~
If your hosting an outdoor picnic it is important to have a back up plan in case of wind and or rain. Unfortunately we do not have the time or locations to rearrange your event as we do have other commitments.
~Bell tents & Rain ~
Bell tents will not be assembled or dismantled during the rain. However, should rain occur during your event, the tents are water proof and secure.
Bell tents will be collected at a suitable time once the weather clears.
~ Event consultation ~

FYI ~ parks can be limited! There may be a booking fee required of $150+ in some locations. Picnics in parks can also be limited to a time frame as we can be so busy setting up other parties.
